Code of Ethics
The Los Cabos Health & Wellness Cluster is a Mexican Civil Association committed to promoting excellence, integrity, and ethics in all activities related to health and wellness tourism. This Code of Ethics establishes the fundamental principles that will guide the conduct of our members and foster an environment of trust and respect within our community.
Ethical Principles
Integrity:
Members of the Association shall act with honesty, transparency, and truthfulness in all activities related to health and wellness tourism. They shall not engage in deceptive or fraudulent practices.
Respect:
Members shall respect the diversity of opinions, cultures, and beliefs within the Association and the community at large. They will not tolerate any form of discrimination, harassment, or offensive behavior.
Confidentiality:
Members shall protect the confidential information of their clients, colleagues, and the Association. They shall not share private information without proper consent.
Responsibility:
Members shall take responsibility for their actions and decisions within health and wellness tourism. They shall comply with applicable laws and regulations and strive to continuously improve their knowledge and skills.
Promotion of Health and Wellness:
Members of the Association shall promote the health and well-being of their clients as the primary objective of their services and activities. They shall not participate in practices that could endanger the health or well-being of individuals.
Sustainability:
Members commit to promoting sustainable practices in health and wellness tourism, minimizing environmental impact, and supporting the local community.
Compliance
Members of the Association commit to complying with this Code of Ethics and encouraging compliance within the community. The Association will establish an ethics committee to address any breaches or violations of the code and will take appropriate measures to ensure compliance.
Disclosure & Transparency
The Association will publicly disclose this Code of Ethics and promote awareness of it among its members. Members are encouraged to report any ethical concerns and seek guidance if they have doubts regarding compliance.
Amendments
This Code of Ethics may be reviewed and modified at any time by the Association to ensure its relevance and effectiveness in a constantly changing environment.
